Strawberry Ice Cream Sundae Recipe
Untuk 4 gelas
Bahan strawberry ice cream sundae :
- 4 potong buah peach kalengan, tiriskan, iris 1 cm
- 125 ml krim kental, kocok hingga kaku
- 500 ml es krim vanilla
- 6 buah biskuit meringue/schuimpjes atau biskuit lain
- 1 sdm kacang mete goreng memarkan, dipotong-potong kasar
- Saus Cokelat, tim hingga leleh: 100 gram dark cooking chocolate, dipotong-potong
- 125 ml krim kental
- 50 gram mentega Saus raspberry, blender lalu saring:
- 250 gram raspberry beku/strawberry segar
- 1 sdm gula pasir
Cara membuat strawberry ice cream sundae :
- Siapkan 4 buah gelas tinggi yang besar.
- Masukkan ke dalam gelas berturut-turut; 1 skop krim, 1 skop es krim, potongan peach, taburi memaran meringue, beri saus cokelat dan raspberry. Ulangi melapis sekali lagi.
- Terakhir taburi kacang mete dipotong-potong dan hidangkan segera.
